I recently purchased your "Bug Shield" , "Propolis Spray", and Citronella soap for a trip to Yosemite, CA.

They worked beautifully. We spent hours by the Merced River and camped in Yosemite. We had very few bug bites compared to our camping neighbors and with the Propolis spray, there was absolutely no itch.

Dear Mark,

Since 2006, my husband has had to use an over the counter laxative . He is diabetic but does not choose to follow the Drs orders very well. His medication and bad eating habits and a refusal to change has created much of his bowel problems. Now, he eats honey every morning on toast. Near the end of the 2nd jar of honey, he announced one morning that he had done his bathroom chores already and wasn't going to take his laxatives that day--And He Hasn't Taken Them Since!!!!!! Now I've been told that once you are on laxative pills, your body will need to rely on them always. The only thing healthy he has done is eat the honey so I am praising God and His bees that make the honey for this healing. And I thank you for making it easy for me to get. Thanks for taking the time to explain that I had taken too much bee pollen; and as you know, I'll be taking it again.

 

Here's how my past experience went. I had been suffering with allergies and terrible post-nasal drip (for years and years and years and years). While working with an acupuncturist, a nurse patient told me how this post-nasal accumulation could be potentially serious.

 

Now the bee pollen part ... I had taken like 2 heaping tablespoons of bee pollen in my granola with goat's milk. This was specifically the third time I took the pollen. My constitution is that I never vomit and I never get headaches. But that morning I couldn't stop the urge to vomit, and what effortlessly spilled out was enormous and disgusting. Enough details. However, I remember knowing it was a blessing and gave thanks for it. The result was the elimination of the post-nasal mucous and amazingly the end of my nightchills. Blessing confirmed!

 

PS My husband finished off that bee pollen with no incidence; we're now ready to give it a second go.

Hi Mark and Dorothy, I just wanted to let you know how great your bar shampoo is!! I bought a bar of the softness and shine bar shampoo several weeks ago and I will never use any other shampoo. I have very fine hair, so I can't use conditioners or my hair looks flat, but other shampoos left my hair so dry that I couldn't comb through it (it would be all tangled and fly-away). Well I would like to thank you for a great product. Since winter was coming, I bought Elderberry extract with Echinacea and other things in it as well. Dorothy’s heavenly touch is just that. I am a very fair skinned person with extremely dry skin. I have had dry skin for many years. I have tried many products, some very expensive, some natural ( Aveda) and expensive and I would still have dryness around my nose and across my fore head. I tried Dorothy’s heavenly cream last year and I have used it every day, even in the summer and in my opinion, it is fantastic. The dryness is gone, no more flaky skin on my face. Hey Mark.... we've discovered that a gluten free, casein free, and almost everything free diet is really helping my grandson who suffers from autism, and since I'm the guinea pig to try the diet along with him, it is also helping my fibromyalgia. Bet this is no surprise to you! But it was to us! Anyway, I've been reading on my newsgroups about the benefits of MB12 in autism, typically given in shots or nasal sprays. I was thinking of the pure honey as a source of B12 and wondered if you'd suggest that for him. Ok thanks so much…

 

…So the bee pollen would be a stronger dose of B 12 than the combination in the honey? Yes I believe his autism is due to a number of factors, one of the biggest is a sick gut and serious malabsorption. It’s like his brain is starving. We've removed most of the offending foods like gluten and dairy, as well as fatty meats and most sugars. Its amazing to watch his language returning and his temperament calming. We basically live on raw or whole foods like fruits and veggies, so I think we're pretty much on the Lord's plan for our bodies. Putting

meals together is quite a challenge of course, especially for a 7 year old who has his preferences, but often I find he chooses the right food instinctively and turns away those that hurt his belly. We've also incorporated some digestive enzymes from plant sources to help when he sneaks a cheat faster than we can catch him! hehe. Ok let me know about the pollen and honey if you would. I sure appreciate your assistance.

Just want to give you a testimony of healing that I contribute to Jesus, my healer, and changing my diet.

 

About a year and a half ago I was diagnosed with a tumor on my ovary. My doctor wanted to do surgery immediately. An associate said, "let us just watch it and see if it grows". I agreed with waiting because surgery is not my cup of tea. I recently had tests done and the tumor is completely gone. HALLELUJAH!

 

In addition, I just want to say that I do not follow the Hallelujah Diet that strictly. I do the BarleyMax everyday. In addition, I do the flaxseed fiber. I have added more fruits and veggies to my diet and try to do organic. I have cut down big time on meat and dairy, but still eat occasionally. I drink lots of distilled water and herbal tea with, you guessed it, HONEY! I still have a weakness for the goodies, so I guess I will continue coming to the market for Laura's sweets.

"...I'm sixty nine (69) years old and I've been on the Hallelujah Diet since October 2001. I get a physical every year for insurances purposes. At work we have to have medical insurance and if I do this physical annually I don't have to pay for my premiums.

 

Through a weird set of circumstances my doctor asked me to take a stress test and it came back abnormal. The doctor was convinced that I had a blockage and sent me to take a heart cauterization. When it was finished I was still a bit groggy but I can remember the cardiologist saying to me that the stress test produced a false reading and that I could resume my exercise program with NO RESTRICTIONS.

 

My wife told me that he came out to see her and said " your husband has BIG BEAUTIFUL veins and arteries". He said that I have the cardiovascular system of a thirty (30) year old man. He said whatever I die from it will not be cardiovascular disease.

 

When I started to clear up the nurse anestheologist sat down with me and he had a pencil and paper; he wanted me to dictate my diet to him. I told him to read God's Way To Ultimate Health and the China Study. He said that he had never seen a man my age with as good a cardiovascular system as mine...."

I enjoy your newsletters greatly because of 1) the information you give and 2) because I know the people involved and they are my brother and sister in Christ! But I have a friend who also enjoys your newsletters and she is not a Christian. We were neighbors for several years until her divorce. We live close now but the situation has made it difficult for us to get together as we used to. Her son and our daughter went on many vacations with each other and we were even able to get her son to twice attend a Christian camp in upstate New York. What I'm getting at is that you are not only sharing invaluable health information but you are also sowing seeds of salvation. She enjoys your newsletter and who can possibly know what the final outcome might be? Not for us to know but simply for us to be obedient. You are doing a great job of that!
